I have worked in the food and beverage industry for over 15 years. I have worked with farmers, packers, processors, manufacturers and marketing companies.  My educational background is based in biology and chemistry.  I still utilize my MBA throughout my career.  Hunting down microbiological contamination is how I started in the industry.  I work with all types of businesses to develop, enhance, modify, and implement compliant management systems.  

I work with compliance matters for all required and voluntary requirements such as FDA, USDA, FSMA, GFSI and customer expectations.
